Noquarter 1.2.5 -> xpsave / host game - trudności :(

Cześć(1) Mam pytanie odnośnie stawiania serwera, ale tego lanowego... czyli „host game” serwer nie dedykowany.
Mianowicie mam problem z ustawieniem opcji zachowywania XP, czyli działającego xpsave’a na modzie noquarter 1.2.5. Nie wiem, co robię źle, ale nie zapisuje mi się ten XP. A chciałbym pograć sobie z qmplami tak, żeby nie musieć co mapę od nowa wszystkiego rozwijać...
Ja jestem nieco zielony w tym wszystkim, choć może nie totalnie, ale nie potrafię sprawdzić, gdzie leży błąd.
Takie może pytanie w międzyczasie. Gdy się odpala „host game” w noquarter to który cfg jest ładowany: server.cfg czy noquarter.cfg ? Bo tak myślałem, że może nie ładuje się mój noquarter.cfg i dlatego nie chodzi...
Chociaż z drugiej strony omniboty chodzą, a to przecież ten sam plik jest za to odpowiedzialny.
W każdym razie strukturę plików mam taką, że w folderze z grą jest folder noquarter (mapy i noquarter.cfg), a w folderze noquarter jest folder xpsave a w nim xpsave.cfg... Generalnie taka jak radzą ogólnie...

(2) Gdzies też wyczytałem, że można sprawdzić poprawność wpisując w konsoli „ /rcon writexp”
Ale to też jakoś nie za bardzo chodzi. Albo mówi, że nie mam ustawionego hasła, a jak hasło ustawię ( /rcon password haslo1) to potem nie reaguje na komendę „/rcon writexp”.
No generalnie cholery już dostaje.
A może nie da się ustawić zapisu xp na serwerach niededykowanych? Ale to by było bezsensu...
(3) A może coś musze ustawić jeszcze gdzieś w folderze głównym albo przy folderze „profile” ?
(4) A nie wysłałby mi może ktoś ustawionych działających struktur z xpsavem w modzie noquarter 1.2.5 ? Konkretnie chodzi mi np. o przesłanie takiego folderku noquarter – nawet bez map i jakiś dodatkowych skryptów – tylko z tymi strukturami xpsave...
Please poratujcie!!!
(6) P.S. A może coś w autoexec.cfg ?
(7) P.S.2 A właśnie, wiecie może jak odpalać od razu moda noquarter... bo ja na razie to wchodzę w ET, potem klikam „mod” i wybieram „noquarter”... no ale to długo trwa, jak tak ciągle wchodzę i wychodzę... może jest jakaś funkcja, co się ją da wpisać w konsoli...
